picus projects holding GmbH is a property development company based in Münster, North Rhine-Westphalia. The project management team have been working together in the property development sector since 2008. In that time they have developed projects for a number of their own companies, as well as for third parties. Our core business is property development.

In other words; we source potential schemes, prepare planning concepts for their implementation, acquire the land, secure the financing and manage the projects through to completion and handover to the long term owners.

Mostly, we operate as investor-developers for our own account with selected partners or co-investors. We also undertake development management and consultancy work for a small number of private and institutional investors.

Alongside new-build schemes and the refurbishment of existing buildings, we also have a broad range of experience with the preparation and approval of Local Development and Master-Plans for sites lacking planning rights, or for which new basic rights must be secured.
